I am currently working with a globally recognised PR firm based in Central London that are recruiting an Assistant Accountant to join their team on a 12 month FTC.
Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Accountant:-
- Being the lead contact for designated business units
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Reconcile inter-company accounts
- Settle any relevant inter-company balances
- Post monthly journals and allocations
- Apply cash and resolve discrepancies on a daily basis
- Support customer relationships across the functions
- Streamline processes and routines
The successful candidate will be part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or overseas equivalent) and have solid knowledge of inter-company accounting and bank/cash processes.
