A market leader within the Leisure Industry based in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a self motivated and ambitious individual to join their Commercial Analysis team with a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus study support. You will be an integral part of the finance team to support the business in ensuring that they manage their operational payroll to deliver the best possible guest experience.

A market leader within the Leisure Industry based in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a self motivated and ambitious individual to join their Commercial Analysis team with a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus study support. You will be an integral part of the finance team to support the business in ensuring that they manage their operational payroll to deliver the best possible guest experience.

The initial focus for this role is to support their operators and the Retail Business Partner with creating a robust labour operating models for every venue for every break type across Food and Beverage.

Main responsibilities for the Commercial Finance Analyst will be:

• To work closely with their operators to develop labour operating models to help understand cost and improve productivity

• Build labour operating models bottom up and implement with their operators on resort

• Create a continues improvement framework to ensure that the labour operating model is robust and accurate across all venues and break types for Food and Beverage

• Create a process where actual performance can be monitored against the operating model so that everyone can understand risk and opportunities

• Supporting the Payroll Efficiencies Business Partner with payroll reporting across all areas of the business and ad hoc queries (approx. 1 day a week)

You will:

• Be studying towards an ACCA or CIMA qualification

• Have worked in a fast faced industry

• Be confident at challenging business decisions

• Have excellent excel skills to deal with large volumes of data

• Have strong communication skills to effectively work with operators and finance teams
