Financial Accountant

Leading retail brand looking to recruit a Financial Accountant. Based in London, this role will be part of a high performing finance team and provide high quality reporting for the wider Group.

Leading retail brand looking to recruit a Financial Accountant. Based in London, this role will be part of a high performing finance team and provide high quality reporting for the wider Group.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly reporting including reviewing P&L and balance sheets
• Supporting Group consolidation process
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintaining and updating IFRS 16 database
• Supporting annual budget process
• Acting as key contact for audit process
• Working with tax team to provide required information
• Ad hoc tasks as required

The candidate:

• Accountant, practice trained
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Experience of UK GAAP and IFRS
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
• Advanced IT skills
