Role: Finance Analyst
Salary: £60k plus 10% bonus
Location: London, Hybrid working
The Finance Analyst will be responsible for elements of the accounting and analysis functions, meaning there will be great variety, and exposure to many different stakeholders.
Main responsibilities will include:
Month end and analysis:
- Month end tasks such as journals and balance sheets, in line with timetable
- Review of revenue and costs
- Review of exceptional items
- Variance analysis of forecast to budget
- Managing queries from various stakeholders
Governance Systems:
- Support Compliance teams in key areas such as commercial investment and revenue recognition
Maintenance and enhancement of internal control environment:
- Identify and implement process improvements to continually balance efficiency and improve service to the front-line business
- Optimise tools and systems available
In all of the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will be able to apply good commercial acumen, and able to take on responsibilities of controllership.
