Financial Analyst

Key responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:

Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
Develop financial models and forecasts to predict business performance and identify trends.
Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide financial insights.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Perform variance analysis between actual results and budgeted/forecasted figures.
Participate in the preparation of investment appraisals and financial feasibility studies.
Maintain and improve financial reporting systems and processes to ensure data accuracy.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the finance function.

Key essentials of the Financial Analyst:

ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA qualified
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in financial analysis and modeling
Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables and complex formulas
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
