Working exclusively on this opportunity, we are seeking a qualified finance professional who will provide high-quality commercial insight, support operational decision-making, and partner closely with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, multi-site environment. Location: South Birmingham Position: Commercial Finance Analyst Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum Working Pattern: Hybrid

Key responsibilities of the Commercial Finance Analyst:

• Act as a trusted finance partner to operational and non-financial stakeholders

• Deliver monthly management accounts, forecasts, budgets and business reviews

• Provide proactive commercial analysis and insight to support decision-making

• Analyse financial performance, identifying risks, opportunities and trends

• Support balance sheet reviews, cash flow and working capital improvements

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles, including variance analysis

Key essentials of the Commercial Finance Analyst:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified

• Proven ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders

• Advanced Excel skills and high attention to detail
