Management Accountant

This role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders, involvement in strategic decision-making, and the opportunity to develop within a dynamic and evolving finance function. * Location: Birmingham * Position: Management Accountant * Full-Time * Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 per annum

Key responsibilities of the Management Accountant:

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and deliver insightful variance analysis
• Support the planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles across the regional business
• Contribute to weekly cashflow forecasting and working capital reporting
• Participate in monthly performance reviews and support analysis of key operational metrics
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to translate financial data into meaningful actions
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting tools, and drive efficiency

Key essentials of the Management Accountant:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset
