Management Accountant

You will be at the heart of financial decision-making, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

What you'll do:

• Prepare accurate and timely management accounts and deliver comprehensive reporting to inform strategic decisions across the business.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts by collaborating closely with operational managers to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Monitor cost control measures across multiple departments, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts regularly while maintaining strict compliance with established financial policies and controls.

What you bring:

• Newly qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) or Qualified By Experience with proven experience in management accounting roles, and strong experience in managing Balance Sheet recs.
• Previous exposure to asset-intensive industries is highly desirable for understanding sector-specific challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills enabling you to explain complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial colleagues.
• Ability to work dependably both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
