Robert Walters are delighted to be recruiting an exciting Assistant Management Accountant role for a well known company based near St. Albans. The role will be working in the office 5 days per week offering some employee benefits.

Robert Walters are delighted to be recruiting an exciting Assistant Management Accountant role near St Albans.

The Assistant Management Accountant role will be varied and will include:

- Assisting with accurate and timely production of Management Accounts, For all Group Companies

- Maintaining and reconciling key accounts schedules, Fixed Assets, Prepayments, Accruals etc

- Balance Sheet Reconciliations

- Production of Daily Sales Reports

- Producing Payroll Journals from Payroll Reports

- Support Senior Team members with end of Year External Audit Preparation and Testing

- Producing and Issuing of Sales Pack – including KPI reports

- Weekly reconciliation of Till Differences and Discrepancies

- Stock Take Reporting

- Attending Stock Takes – to ensure procedure compliance

- Transport Cost Reporting

- Credit Card and Employee Expenses checking Reconciling and posting to Ledger

- Provide Basic Training to Branches on Excel and Data Warehouse to other employees

- Other Adhoc reporting, requested by Senior Finance Team Members

On Offer:

Salary of circa £30-35k plus benefits. The role will be based near St Albans and working in the office 5 days per week.
