An exciting opportunity for a Client Contracts Compliance Controller to join a leading global Advertising and Public Relations company based in London.

Reporting to the Client Contract Risk and Assurance Director, the role will coordinate client contract compliance risk and process maturity assessments across markets, service lines and global client accounts. The role will also be responsible for performing market health-checks and process assurance reviews under the direction of the Client Contract Risk and Assurance Director and will recommend improvements to existing processes and controls.  

The Client Contracts Compliance Controller role will also be involved in developing and delivering training materials and programmes and from time to time will be required to contribute to transformation projects and programmes across the client commercial and contract compliance function.

Client Contracts Compliance Controller main responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate Risk and Process Maturity Assessments  
  • Develop Policies, Standards and Training's
  • Execute market health-checks tests of control
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for, regional and market leadership teams, compliance functions, Internal Audit and other Assurance providers
  • Support the Client Contract Risk and Assurance Director with transformation initiatives as required. 
  • Work under the direction of the Client Contract Risk and Assurance Director to respond to ad hoc client requests for internal reviews and investigations as required. 

The candidate:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent)
  • Self-starter and highly motivated
  • Commercially minded with a natural ability to identify issues and create solutions in a collaborative manner
  • A strong interest in media or advertising
  • Internal audit background is preferred
