You’ll be responsible for shaping and maintaining the company’s risk framework, ensuring strong governance, and helping teams across the business make informed decisions. This is a great opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, influence how risk is managed, and make a real impact in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities of the Risk Manager:

• Designing, updating, and maintaining the company’s approach to identifying and managing risks.
• Monitoring potential challenges and ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
• Reviewing operational, financial, regulatory risks to help guide business decisions.
• Preparing clear, practical insights on risks for leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on risk matters, supporting teams and promoting a risk-conscious culture.
• Continuously improving risk processes and ensuring they stay aligned with organisational goals.

Key essentials of the Risk Manager:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills.
