B2B Credit Sales Executive Birmingham (Hybrid) Keywords: Debt Recovery, Client Communication, Organisational Proficiency, Dynamic Environment Our client is actively seeking a B2B Credit Sales Executive to augment their rapidly growing team. This position presents an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of an organisation that is committed to environmental sustainability and ethical business practices.

The successful B2B Credit Sales Executive will benefit from a competitive remuneration package in their state-of-the-art office situated in the heart of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. This role offers a flexible working model with three days per week on-site and two days remote.

What you'll do:

As a B2B Credit Sales Executive you will be instrumental in preserving the financial stability of the company. You will also:

  • Effectively communicate with business clients to ensure prompt payments;
  • Dispatch regular correspondences to clients demonstrating tardiness in payments;
  • Provide reports on the status of the Debtor book and escalate any high-risk areas;
  • Function as part of a contact centre team to deliver superior customer experience;
  • Cooperate with other departments to resolve issues impeding payments;
  • Assist in resolving obstacles to payment for customers.

What you bring:

The ideal B2B Credit Sales Executive candidate brings superior customer communication skills and is self-driven with robust organisational abilities. You will also have:

  • Self-driven with robust organisational skills and ability to multi-task;
  • Digital proficiency and adeptness in using multiple systems;
  • Prior experience in Energy sector in a credit control role is desirable;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
