This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership, including the CFO and Group Financial Controller, while driving improvements in a fast-paced environment. 📍 Location: Redditch 💼 Position: Group Accountant 📅 Full-Time 🏠 Hybrid: Flexible working 💰 Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities of the Group Accountant:

• Oversee and maintain the risk and controls matrix in collaboration with the wider Controls Team.
• Manage a subset of business processes within the risk and controls matrix.
• Lead quarterly risk discussions within relevant business process areas.
• Assist business leaders with the periodic completion and update of risk scoring.
• Stay informed about business transformation projects and their impact on financial reporting.
• Create end-to-end process maps for new processes using Microsoft Visio.

What We Seek:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of internal controls over financial reporting and controls testing.
• Ability to effectively interface with all levels of management and build strong internal networks.
