Robert Walters - Senior Management Accountant Location: Birmingham, UK Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 PER ANNUM As a Senior Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and strategic recommendations to support decision-making at all levels of the organisation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that financial performance is aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.
• Provide strategic financial analysis to assist in business decisions and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure financial targets are met and understood.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Lead and mentor junior finance staff, promoting professional development.
• Participate in financial audits and assist with the preparation of annual financial statements.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a management accounting role, preferably within [specific industry].
