Robert Walters are currently working in partnership with an incredibly high growth, fast paced, innovative business based in Maidenhead who are seeking to recruit for a Management Accountant on a permanent basis following a recent acquisition.

Reporting into the Head of Finance, this newly created Management Accountant role has been developed in order to support the Head of Finance during a really exciting period of growth in the organisation.

Key roles and responsibilities for this Management Accountant role include:

- Supporting the Head of Finance with accounting support including process improvement.

- ERP discovery and implementation as they look to upgrade ERP system - ERP implementation experience is a must!

- Assist with preparing the monthly management accounts and extracting information from the current ERP system

- Implementation of new controls and processes were applicable

- Able to role sleeves up and support 2 junior members of the Finance team with transactional processes

- Support the smooth and efficient running of the Finance department, deputising for the Head of Finance in their absence

Our client, who have experienced double digit growth year on year for the last few years have identified this Management Accountant role as a critical hire and we would love to speak to people with the following skillset and experience:

- Qualified Accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA,C.A)

- Manufacturing experience (or similar) desireable.

- Experience of the implementation of a new ERP system from discovery to launch is highly desirable.

- A true business partner who has experience working across business units (both finance and non finance) to be able to execute the successful inception of the new ERP system.

Our client is looking to offer a salary of £60,000 - £65,000 plus benefits. Our client does offer a hybrid working environment but due to the nature of the requirements and implementation, there would be a need at times to be onsite more often than not so the ability to get to Maidenhead regularly is important.
