A fantastic opportunity to join a leading, London based FMCG business as a Group Reporting Analyst. Due to a period of rapid growth, they are seeking to strengthen their Group function and are looking for a highly motivated, qualified accountant to join the team.
A fantastic opportunity to join a leading, London based FMCG business as a Group Reporting Analyst. Due to a period of rapid growth, they are seeking to strengthen their Group function and are looking for a highly motivated, qualified accountant to join the team.
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, the role will involve:
- Preparing consolidated monthly management accounts
- Working closely with FP&A team on producing month-end reporting pack
- Assisting with external audit cycle
- Liaising with external audit team
- Preparing Intercompany accounts
- Producing subsidiary accounts
- Supporting Group treasury activities including hedging activity and controls
- Ad-hoc projects
The candidate:
- Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA or overseas equivalent)
- Good technical accounting knowledge gained in practice and External Audit experience
- Knowledge of financial control frameworks
- Experience of accounting for multi-currency consolidations under IFRS
- Advanced IT skills
- Highly motivated and ability to problem solve
- Attention to detail
