FP&A Lead

FP&A Lead – EMEA Salary: c£110,000 Location: Watford Robert Walters are partnering with an exciting luxury brand in their search for an FP&A Director based in Watford. This will be for a 12m Fixed Term contract paying c£110,000.

What you'll do:

As the FP&A Lead, you will act as the right-hand person to the Head of FP&A and whilst your team would be responsible for only part of the P&L, you will be responsible for the consolidations across Gross Margins & Capex as well as your own area – revenue and Opex.

Your day-to-day activities will involve (but not be limited to):

• Partnering with senior leaders across various departments to ensure seamless execution of budgeting cycles while maintaining transparency in reporting processes.
• Leading comprehensive forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes for revenue streams and operating expenses within the EMEA channel, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organisational objectives.
• Guiding & co-ordinating the monthly close activities including detailed financial reviews and variance analysis; communicating key insights and implications effectively to senior management.
• Monitoring business performance proactively by identifying trends, risks, or opportunities; providing actionable recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and financial outcomes.
• Preparing executive-level materials including ad hoc analyses and business cases for presentation to Corporate leadership teams; leading transformation initiatives such as process improvements or automation projects that enhance efficiency.
• Building strong partnerships across multiple functions to foster collaboration, alignment of objectives, and a high-performance culture focused on shared success.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members by promoting professional growth opportunities, encouraging knowledge sharing practices, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.

This is a 1 year Fixed Term contract covering a secondment, offering hybrid working (2 days per week onsite) and is paying c£110,000.
