FP&A Lead

We’re looking for an FP&A Lead to join a global renewable energy leader and play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across multiple countries. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and enjoys working with cutting-edge systems like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP S/4HANA.

The role will be based in their central London office on a hybrid working basis working with a high calibre financial analysis team who are embracing new technology.

The key remits to the role will include;

• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Drive process improvements and automation across FP&A workflows.
• Partner with global operations teams to support decision-making and system enhancements.
• Work with large datasets from SAP S/4HANA and other platforms.

You will need to be;

• Proven FP&A experience in a multinational or multi-entity environment.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and large datasets.
• Track record of driving process improvements and automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to partner with global operations and champion system changes
• Infrastructure/Renewables experience (preferable but not essential)
