Finance Business Partner: £65,000-£70,000 | Leiestershire| Hybrid (3 days onsite) A high-performing organisation in Leicestershire is embarking on a significant period of change and is now seeking a Finance Business Partner to play a key role in shaping the next stage of its journey. You'll work closely with senior leaders, influencing decisions through high-quality analysis, and driving performance in a dynamic, evolving environment

What you’ll do

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles for your business areas, ensuring financial clarity and strategic alignment.
  • Build robust financial models to support business cases, scenario planning and investment decisions.
  • Deliver clear, insightful analysis on performance trends, risks and opportunities, enabling senior leaders to make informed decisions.
  • Partner with operational, commercial and corporate teams to understand key drivers of revenue, cost and profitability.
  • Provide proactive recommendations that support growth, efficiency, and long-term value creation.
  • Review monthly financial performance, highlighting areas for improvement and supporting action plans.
  • Track and report key financial and operational metrics, producing high-quality reporting and board-level insight.

What you bring

  • You are a professionally qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong experience in financial planning, analysis and business partnering. You’re comfortable operating in environments that require both commercial thinking and technical rigour, and you excel at engaging with senior stakeholders to shape future strategy.
  • Proven experience in delivering meaningful financial insight that supports decision-making.
  • Experience working in investment-backed or growth-focused environments where financial performance scrutiny is high.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate clearly.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence in building models from scratch.
  • Experience producing and presenting management information at senior levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, influence effectively, and build trusted relationships.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continual improvement and adopting better ways of working.
