Finance Business Partner: £60,000–£65,000 | Cambridge| Hybrid (4 days onsite) Join a high-growth UK business with a strong reputation for operational excellence and outstanding customer service. As the company continues its impressive expansion, we’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping strategic decisions and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, cleanse and interpret large, complex datasets to support critical commercial and operational decisions.

• Build interactive dashboards, detailed financial reports and KPI packs to monitor margins, costs, revenue streams and performance trends.

• Identify inefficiencies, risks and value-creation opportunities, providing recommendations that drive profitability.

• Partner with the Finance Director on scenario modelling, budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.

• Conduct product, service and customer profitability analysis to guide pricing strategy and commercial initiatives.

• Present financial insights to senior leaders in a clear and accessible way, enabling informed decision-making.

What You’ll Bring

• A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).

• Advanced Excel skills alongside experience with BI tools such as Power BI, SQL or FP&A platforms.

• Strong analytical capability and confidence working with large datasets.

• Solid grounding in cost accounting, margin analysis and financial modelling.

• A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
