What you’ll do:
As Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality financial analysis, reporting and guidance across a mixture of operational, strategic and capital projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the preparation of annual CapexCapex budgets and regular reforecastsreforecasts, ensuring alignment with overall financial plans.
- Producing and presenting clear management information, performance reports and cost analysis to support key business decisions.
- Preparing robust business cases for major investment projects, offering insightful financial challenge and recommendations.
- Participating in regular financial reviews across both business-as-usual and strategic programmes, highlighting risks, opportunities and variances.
- Supporting governance and approval processes for capital expenditure, ensuring clarity and compliance in all documentation.
- Assisting with sustainability and long-term planning by identifying CapexCapex and OpexOpex requirements linked to future operational needs.
What you bring:
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACAACA, ACCAACCA, CIMACIMA) ideally with at least 1-2 years’years’ post-qualification experience.
- Strong analytical skills and proven experience within management accounting, business partnering or financial analysis roles.
- Confidence turning complex data into meaningful insights that influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across multiple teams.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving, continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outputs.
- Advanced Excel skills (including modelling); experience with ERPERP systems (SAP desirable).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage changing priorities and respond quickly to stakeholder needs.
Working Pattern:
3 days on site.
