Director Finance Business Partner

What you'll do:
- Partner closely with the EMEA Sales & Account Management Leadership Team to define, implement, and monitor financial strategies that underpin growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness.
- Act as the principal Finance Business Partner for senior leaders within EMEA, providing insightful analysis and guidance to drive sales performance, annual subscription value, and revenue targets.
- Lead initiatives focused on optimising performance by designing effective incentives, tracking individual achievements, challenging forecasts, and supporting key deal negotiations within the region.
- Participate as a core member of the regional approval committee for major customer deals, ensuring robust financial oversight and alignment with organisational objectives.
- Collaborate extensively within the global finance framework to promote consistency, transparency, and efficiency in processes critical to delivering core financial metrics.
- Work alongside various finance teams—including Product Finance, Controllership, and FP&A—to maintain data integrity and support accurate forecasting for the EMEA region.
- Deliver clear communication of complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making at all levels of the business.
- Support transformation projects that drive cost efficiencies and revenue growth across multiple business units within a matrixed structure.
What you bring:
- CIMA (or equivalent) qualification accompanied by extensive progressive experience in finance roles within financial services or technology sectors.
- Need to have commercial business partnering experience within large organisations
- Demonstrated experience operating at a senior finance leadership level within large-scale, complex organisations—ideally those structured in a matrix format.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial modelling techniques, scenario planning methodologies, and advanced performance reporting tools relevant to global operations.
- Excellent communication abilities—both written and verbal—enabling you to convey complex concepts simply while fostering trust among stakeholders.
- Proven track record of supporting transformation projects that deliver measurable cost savings or revenue enhancements without compromising service quality.
