Finance Business Partner - Data

A fast-growing, well-established UK business based in Bedford with a strong reputation for operational excellence and exceptional service is seeking a Finance Business Partner. This is a highly influential role where you’ll work closely with the Finance Director to turn complex data into clear commercial insights that shape strategic decision-making and enhance profitability.

What you'll do:

• Collecting, cleansing and interpreting complex datasets to support critical decision-making.
• Developing interactive dashboards, detailed reports and KPIs to track margins, costs and revenue performance.
• Identifying trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for profitability improvements.
• Partnering with the Finance Director to model scenarios, support forecasting and contribute to budget planning.
• Conducting product/service profitability and pricing analysis to support commercial strategies.
• Presenting clear, accessible insights to senior management.

What you'll bring:

• A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Advanced Excel skills plus experience with BI tools such as Power BI/SQL or FP&A software.
• Strong analytical ability and confidence handling large, complex datasets.
• Solid understanding of cost accounting, margin analysis and financial modelling.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Package wise, on offer is a salary of £60,000-£65,000 per annum.

Hybrid working - Typically they do 4 days a week on site.
