I am recruiting for a PE Backed Real Estate Company in London who are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Anaplan Model Builder to join their FP&A team. This critical role will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and enhancing their Anaplan platform to support key financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes. The working pattern is 3 days in office, 2 days wfh Based in Central London

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Anaplan Model Builder to join our FP&A team. This critical role will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and enhancing our Anaplan platform to support key financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes. There will also be a focus on more general process improvement using Excel, and where possible, AI tools such as Co-Pilot. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial modelling, data management, and Anaplan best practices, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact the company's strategic decision-making through insightful analysis enabled by a robust Anaplan environment.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and implement business processes in Anaplan or other suitable tools, identifying gaps and delivering effective solutions by working directly with stakeholders.
• Standardise model development, data management, and user engagement in Anaplan.
• Ensure model and data accuracy through strong validation and reconciliation procedures.
• Lead the adoption of AI tools in FP&A, developing and deploying solutions to boost process accuracy and speed.
• Develop and enforce secure data sharing strategies with private equity owners, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all materials provided
• Establish best-practice model and data versioning; optimise scenario planning for robust financial analysis.
• Shape and drive the Anaplan strategy, recommending enhancements and keeping up with platform updates.
• Champion Anaplan within FP&A; deliver training to junior staff to build internal expertise.
• Manage the full model development cycle, from requirements to deployment, ensuring thorough documentation at every stage.
