FP&A Manager

This is a Financial Planning and Analysis job for a fast growing Financial Services business with Private Equity backing in South Manchester. You will report into a Chief Financial Officer with significant experience of Private Equity, in particular experience of delivering successful financial events for the ownership groups of previous businesses.

You will report into a Chief Financial Officer with significant experience of Private Equity, in particular experience of delivering successful financial events for the ownership groups of previous businesses.

Ultimately you will be their right hand person, delivering critical reports and information on a monthly basis, using your analytical capabilities to understand the business's performance and delivering the information you unlock to senior stakeholders, the CFO and CEO, as well as the various senior managers and directors who make up the decision makers in this business.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), and you will have FP&A experience ideally at a high growth business with Private Equity backing.

You will receive an excellent salary package and benefits based on the experience you bring to the table, but the critical benefit in this role is exposure and experience working for a CFO and management team looking to take a business through a transaction over the next 3-5 years. This would be an ideal role if you have the aspiration to become a CFO or number 1 in finance in time, but do not know the best path to take to achieve that goal.
