Senior Financial Analyst

Our client is a highly regarded , cash rich and investing luxury consumer brand - this is a global group, which employs a high calibre team across its London based finance function As a result of a fast track internal promotion, the business is now seeking to recruit a high calibre Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial planning, analytical and commercial activities.

Reporting directly to a Senior Commercial Finance Manager , this is a broad and a varied analytically focused role

Key responsibilities will include the following

Lead month end processes as well as the close process

Drive forecasting, planning, budgeting and associated analysis

Complete analysis of variances, budgets, channels, spend as well as cost trends

Act as a true business partner across key non-finance divisions

Driven relevant financial modelling activities and support senior leadership with ad hoc commercial and strategic finance work

We are seeking qualified finance professionals or overseas equivalent; those who possess a strong academic record; proven track record of success within your career to date.

Exceptional communication skills and business partnering abilities are also key !

A background in retail ecommerce or consumer related sectors would be useful; equally we are open to top talent from all sector backgrounds. Alternatively we are keen to hear from bright, ambitious ACA/ CA's seeking a first move from practice and can demonstrate the commercial acumen to move into a broad finance role.
