Interim Finance Business Partner

Interim Finance Business Partner Until May 2025 + £250 - £300 p/day inside IR35 (inclusive of holidays) Hybrid - Preston Based

Robert Walters are delighted to be exclusively partnered with an extremely successful manufacturing firm in their search for an interim Finance Business Partner. This company boast a market-leading, best in business reputation and an excellent working environment.

You will be joining a well-established finance team and working closely alongside two other Finance Business Partners. This role will be assisting with partnering across Manufacturing, Operations and Transformation.

Key duties will include:

• Responsibility for the reviewing commercial performance
• Support business planning by providing financial analysis and modelling
• Identify and measure key success drivers
• Providing finance and business support to commercial, sales and operational staff
• Liaising with Manufacturing managers re: stock, inventory budgets etc.
• Support decision making with data and insight
• Responsible for providing accurate and timely finance information
• Calculate monthly work in progress/comment on variance analysis
• Production of the monthly business performance pack and assisting the Head of Finance with day-to-day finance requirements
• Work with non- finance managers to drive the budgeting process

In order to be considered for this role you:

• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks
• Will have experience in a similar role - must have manufacturing experience
• Will ideally be fully qualified
• Must have excellent communication skills
