Finance Analyst

My client is recruiting for a finance analyst to join their dynamic team. It’s an exciting opportunity to support global FP&A drive innovation in financial planning and analysis processes. The role will be very systems focused so it is imperative that you are a systems expert (whether that be Excel, SAP, Power BI etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Senior Finance Partners on planning and analysis.

Enhance and streamline planning and forecasting processes for efficiency.

Ensure accurate reconciliation of inter-company plans and forecasts.

Analyse headcount and vacancies to support strategic staffing decisions.

Report accurate headcount/vacancy numbers in collaboration with HR.

Assist in implementing and integrating new financial systems and tools.

Administer FP&A systems for optimal functionality and support.

Provide in-depth financial analysis to aid senior management decisions.

Requirements:

Part qualified ACCA/CIMA studier

Proficient in accounting processes and reconciliation of financial statements.

Strong understanding of budgeting and planning models.

Advanced skills in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.

Passionate about leveraging technology in finance.

Highly analytical with excellent communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
