Key responsibilities of the FP&A Manager:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Creation of Power BI dashboards to encompass KPI and reporting objectives for the year
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and performance monitoring.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Key essentials of the FP&A Manager:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI and financial modeling skills.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
