What you'll do:
As a Finance Business Partner - Tech & Projects, your role will be multifaceted. You will manage the production of monthly Global Investment Spend tracking MI and underlying analytical schedules. Acting as a business partner to various stakeholders across the firm, you will provide insightful data analysis to deliver high-quality understanding of the underlying cost base and drivers of budget variances. Your commitment to continuous improvement will shine through as you contribute new ideas for fresh analysis, process improvement, and better use of technology.
- Manage production of monthly Global Investment Spend tracking MI and underlying analytical schedules.
- Act as a business partner to transformation office and other stakeholders across the firm.
- Provide insightful data analysis for understanding of the underlying cost base and drivers of budget variances.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecast cycle.
- Contribute new ideas for fresh analysis, improvement of process and better use of technology.
- Set up and lead improvements in reporting processes and analytics for both regional and global investments.
- Manage full financial management of regional technology and operations cost base.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Finance Business Partner - Tech & Projects role is a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA) with excellent communication/presentation skills. You have experience in MIS design, preparation, and presentation. Your background includes creating, monitoring or reporting on cost save programmes. You are adept at managing, consolidating and analysing large data sets. Familiarity with Power BI and VBA would be advantageous.
