Key responsibilities of the FP&A Manager:

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for the business.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare management reports, including variance analysis, to highlight key performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain financial models to drive business performance.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Deliver presentations to senior leadership on financial performance and forecasts.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate the sharing of financial information.

Key essentials of the FP&A Manager:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
• Proven experience in an FP&A role, with a track record of delivering financial insights
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
