Key responsibilities of the FP&A Manager:
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for the business.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare management reports, including variance analysis, to highlight key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain financial models to drive business performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Deliver presentations to senior leadership on financial performance and forecasts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate the sharing of financial information.
Key essentials of the FP&A Manager:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Proven experience in an FP&A role, with a track record of delivering financial insights
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
