Finance Business Partner

Robert Walters are currently working in partnership with a leading organisation based in central Reading to assist in recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.

This Finance Business Partner role represents a brilliant opportunity for a Qualified Accountant to join our client in a true business partnering role. A role where you will be working across various business units to deliver meaningful commercial insight which will inturn, support decision making and allow senior leaders and business heads to make excellent commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities of this Finance Business Partner role include:

- Building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders through excellent commercial information and analysis

- Providing commentary to the business for cost variances against plan through a detailed understanding of business and cost drivers

- Support the business to optimise operation and drive financial performance

- Review and challenge the impact of investment programmes and how the outcomes and the benefits impact on BAU activity

- Drive continuous process improvement, supporting the delivery of timely and impactful financial analysis

Who are we looking to speak to?

- Qualified Accountant: ACA/ACCA/CIMA/C.A Qualified with 3 + years working in a commercial, business partnering environment

- Experience working in costings and building cost allocation models highly advantageous

- Wider FP&A experience is desireable due to the business partnering nature of the role

- Excellent financial modelling and excel skills

Our client are offering a salary of £75,000 - £80,000 with an excellent benefits package including an opportunity to earn a bonus (15%). Our client also offers a host of corporate benefits as expected from an employer of choice including 28 days holiday, private medical cover and hybrid working (2 days a week from central Reading offices)
