Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:

• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making.
• Develop, analyse, and present financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Partner with department heads to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Provide detailed financial analysis on business cases, projects, and investments to support strategic planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Key Essentials of the Finance Business Partner:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools.
