FP&A Manager

ROBERT WALTERS - FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS MANAGER Salary: £70,00 - £80,000 per annum Location: Staffordshire Hybrid Working Our client, a large manufacturing organisation with growth within the last year is seeking a FP&A Manager to join their team in Staffordshire. The successful candidate will have the chance to make a significant impact on the business by providing key insights that influence decision-making. What you'll do:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company
• Work closely with senior management to quantify growth opportunities and prioritise resources
• Develop forecasting models and methodologies
• Analyse complex financial information and provide accurate financial recommendations to management
• Drive process improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency

What you bring:

• Proven experience in a similar role within finance
• Strong knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
• Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environments
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications
• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills
• Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels
