This role will be based in Head Office and there is hybrid working of 2 days in the office. Robert Walters are delighted to be partnering with our client who are based in Hemel Hempstead on the recruitment of a Commercial Strategy Analyst role. This role will be based in Head Office and there is hybrid working of 2 days in the office.

The Role:

The Commercial Strategy Analyst will be required to provide analytical and project support across large scale Commercial change initiatives and be able to manage these small scale projects independently with minimal support.

Key Responsibilities for the Commercial Strategy Analyst include:

• Responsible for providing analytical support across the Commercial Strategy and Change Function
• Comfortable with handling large complex data sets and able to draw relevant insight
• Able to take lead on small scale commercial change project
• Responsible for coordination of multiple stakeholder and tasks to ensure larger scale projects/timelines are met
• Able to create strategic documents/PowerPoint which explains rationale for change
• Comfortable with influencing stakeholders to the commercial way of thinking and able to get relevant buy-in for change projects
• Act as ambassador for Commercial Strategy and Change and provide analytical/commercial support across other functions such as Sales/Marketing and Digital

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies
• Able to handle complex projects and piece together multiple workstreams to deliver change across the business
• Strong communicator and high influencing skills
• Able to develop strong cross functional relationships.
• Comfortable with handling complex data and able to drew relevant insights (use of BI tools/Excel)
• Able to understand the impact of change projects across multiple areas of the business and recognise/handle any downstream impact
• Skilled with coordinating projects and able to manage multiple stakeholders
• Ideally have experience within the hospitality sector
