Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Analyst
- Design and deliver new business performance tracking and support the integration into the business
- Manage financial models for periodic P&L reporting, both for internal and PE databases
- Lead continuous improvements in financial processes and controls across the financial function
- Work with Operations Managers and Directors to support them on budgeting and reforecasting and hold monthly open session days to allow them to discuss queries with Financials.
- Perform mini audits to ensure they have the most optimal processes, and the data is accurate
Key essentials of the Finance Business Analyst
- Qualified Accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA)
- Self-motivated; ability to work on own initiative but also be flexible in support the team
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and experience of working with large data sets
