FP&A Manager sought by Tech firm based in central London for a period of 3 months, with potential to extend. With both an excellent location and ultra-sleek offices, this is a superb opportunity to join one of my most exciting clients in London. The FP&A Manager should be highly analytical and able to quickly analyse data sets to make informed business decisions, whilst leading the broader team. The FP&A Manager will join this Technology business in London, to further support their development and progression within the FP&A function.
As one of the leading Technology start-ups in London and a portfolio of continued success, my client is continuing to challenge the status quo and further enhance the service that they provide to their loyal customers within the UK but also on a global scale.
Personality and character to be able to interact with the finance team, but also the wider business to fully understand and explain the importance of this valued division within the business, will be a positive factor in the application process. Adopting the ability to be able to analyse data from both within the business and ultimately as an external partner reviewing opportunities moving forward is a strong skill set that the role will require, to be able to drive the division forward in a very positive motion.
Key Responsibilities will also include :
Being responsible for junior members of the team to develop their growth and understanding of the FP&A function.
Provide strong review of historic performance data, identifying opportunities to revise processes moving forward.
Ability to develop and prepare 5 year strategic business plans.
Preparation of detailed MI packs to present to the board.
This is a superb opportunity to develop your career within the London Technology sector and contribute to the continued positive performance of this business. You will have at least 5 years experience within the FP&A function (this period is set as a guidance but does not preclude someone with less experience from applying for the role) and hold a formal accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or overseas equivalent). Due to the leadership expectation of this FP&A Manager position, ideally I am seeking candidates who have lead a team in previous a position, or over the course of a previous contract.
