The role will report directly to the Transformation Finance Director form part of a finance lead transformation project to review and improve processes, reporting policies, M&A activity and financial road maps. Location: Birmingham (hybrid working available) Contract length: 3-6 months Candidate Rate: £500 per day (outside IR35)
Key Responsibilities of the Interim Finance Transformation Specialist
- Oversee the financial transformation programme whilst ensuring operational controls and governance are adhered to
- Review and create financial road maps and partner with Executive stakeholders to aid in economic and business-wide strategic decision making
- Identify and track company priorities, costs, risks, service quality and delivery of company targets
- Collate and communicate multiple transformation work streams and update against deliverables and KPIs
- Support the preparation of reports and findings to senior management and board level
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and partners
Essential Requirements of the Interim Finance Transformation Specialist
- Fully qualified in either ACCA, ACA or CIMA
- Prior experience in leading finance transformation in either private equity, fast-moving or multisite businesses
