EMEA Financial Controller

We are looking for an someone experienced in accounting across multiple entities in Europe and multiple currencies who has UK/US GAAP experience and management of a large team reviewing and checking balance sheet and TB.

Robert Walters are exclusively partnering with an international business based near Watford on the recruitment of an excellent Financial Controller- EMEA role offering hybrid working 3 days in the office each week and managing 8 direct reports.

We are looking for an someone who is experienced managing the controllership for in a large company: multiple entities in UK & Europe, multiple currencies, who has UK/US GAAP experience and managed a large team; reviewing and checking balance sheet and TB, statutory accounts and managing M&A activity including integrating acquisitions.

The Role:

The Financial Controller - EMEA will be responsible for controllership across, UK and Europe managing a team of 8 direct reports and responsible for reviewing and checking monthly balance sheet, TB's, management reporting, statutory accounting, internal and external audit and M&A activity including integration of acquisitions. Knowledge of US GAAP, strong business partnering experience and change management is essential.

Profile:

We are looking for an someone who is experienced in managing the controllership for multiple entities in UK & Europe; multiple currencies, who has UK/US GAAP experience and management of a large team, reviewing and checking balance sheet and TB and managing M&A activity. Good knowledge of US GAAP is essential.

On Offer:

On offer is a package of circa £90-100k, plus 20% bonus and shares and hybird working in the office 3 days per week.
