This role is based remotely with ocassional travel to Hampshire and then to London once per month for SLT and will be responsible for leading the Finance function through an incredibly interesting transition period.
Reporting directly into the CEO, you will work in an inclusive workplace where you will drive forward change and look to set the foundations for this business as they continue on their terrific growth trajectory.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Remote line management of 2
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement
- Providing timely management accounts for all group companies including analysis for the SLT
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Working capital/cash management
- Liaison work external payroll provider
- Appraisal of all investment requests
- Identification of business risk and propose solutions where necessary.
To be successful in this Financial Controller role, we are looking to speak to the following candidates:
- ACA,ACCA,CIMA Qualified or equally, QBE with significant senior finance exposure.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Ability to communicate financial information to non finance stakeholders effectively
Our client gives its staff the flexibility to work remotely anywhere in the U.K although, the ability to get to Hampshire and into London once a month is needed for meetings.
On offer for this role is a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 for a 3 month contract and a view to go permanent for the right individual.
