Our client, a global organisation with clients across the world, are looking for a Financial Controller to join them who will be responsible for a broad range of activities that support the financial effectiveness and excellence of the company. Reporting into the VP Finance (European based) and the U.K General Manager, you will oversee the financial activities of two entities.
We are looking to speak to individuals who can assist in driving growth, making financial improvements to the existing systems and procedures and act as a member of the U.K management team.
Further duties & responsibilities of this Financial Controller vacancy:
- Own the timely completion of the month-end close.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process
- Work closely and business partner with all functional areas to deliver and support on business decisions, maximising cost efficiency
- Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and internal controls
- Examine all financial reports and date closely
- Actively contribute as part of the senior management team.
We are looking to speak to candidates with the following skillset/experience:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA Qualified with circa 5+ years PQE.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable
- Direct experience in financial analytics, strong budgeting and reporting skills
- ERP implementation experience is highly advantageous
