In what’s an exciting period of growth and innovation for the business, you will oversee and manage all financial operations of the site, forming part of the Site Leadership Team as well as linking with wider stakeholders across the UK.
You will:
- Be accountable for all budgeting & forecasting activities for manufacturing operations, partnering closely with the Operations team to drive the strategic direction on site.
- Drive and oversee a rigorous cost control environment alongside the Operations team.
- Be responsible for all operational KPIs on site.

Experience & attributes required:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 2 years PQE.
- Ideally, somebody with controlling experience within a manufacturing or an ‘operations heavy’ environment, with an aptitude for cost control.
- Must have an ability to foster relationships at all levels, and be resilient in the face of change.
