Financial Accountant

We are working on behalf of a global consultancy to find a new financial accountant addition to their finance function. This consultancy operates across USA, London, Asia and other parts of Europe. They are looking for an all round Group accountant to come in and make a fast development to a manager style level.

This role is an all around position with a primary focus on technical group accountant, whilst working with the fantastic FD gaining exposure to budgeting, forecasting, accounts preparation and M&A.

Key remits to the financial accountant role will involve;

- Preparation of Stat accounts for 5 group entities
- Preparation of group consolidated accounts
- Reviews of tax computations
- Preparation of monthly multi currency consolidations
- Month end closing activities
- Assist with annual budgeting process and 5 year forecasting models
- Managing 2 direct reports

The ideal candidate will be;

- Fully qualified accountant with audit background
- Keen for fast track progression
- Desire to manage
- Excellent communication skills
- Good working knowledge of FRS102
