An exciting opportunity to join a Global Media business as Head of Client Contract Compliance. Based in London, the role reports to the Global Director and will support the COO.
An exciting opportunity to join a Global Media business as Head of Client Contract Compliance. Based in London, the role reports to the Global Director and will support the COO.
The purpose of the role is to ensure the effectiveness of the control framework for client contract compliance.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Coordinating market and service line self-assessment exercises
- Providing training on how to complete the assessment
- Conducting review sessions with stakeholders to assess responses
- Providing markets with guidance and training to support the development of effective control frameworks
- Providing guidance and training to market service line teams on how to design, establish and operate an effective client contract compliance control framework
- Developing and executing a plan to test the design and operational effectiveness of client contract compliance controls
- Identifying improvements to client commercial processes and controls across various markets
- Supporting markets in client contract dispute resolution
- Performing client contract investigations as required
The candidate:
- Ideally a qualified accountant
- Experience in an international media agency or in accountancy firm
- Strong working knowledge of finance and audit processes and procedures
- Commercially minded
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross functionally
- Ability to manage large volumes of complex data sets
- Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley
