Robert Walters are hiring for a Accountancy Qualification Manager for a leading international membership body for accountants.
This is a home-based / remote working role with some travel to locations in Warwickshire.
The Accountancy Qualification Manager is responsible for the supporting the administration of the accountancy training course for this membership body, which is undertaken annually by hundreds of accountancy trainees at professional services firms and corporate organisations who offer this qualification.
The Accountancy Qualification Manager is involved right from the initial set-up for of the course, and then will update with the firms/organisations to ensure things are running smoothly.
He or she will advise on what firms need to offer the students, give advice on common problems, keep them updating with changing course material, and will acts a point of contact between the firm/organisation and this membership body.
This is a home-based / remote role where the Accountancy Qualification Manager will work from home the majority of the week, but may travel to visit firms/organisations in his or her local area (though some visits can now be done remotely)
They are looking for this person to be based in Hampshire and will just cover firms in this local area.
The membership body are looking for an ACA / ICAEW qualified accountant, with a background working either in practice or industry.
This is NOT a technical training role, so no prior background in training or technical work is needed.
The position comes with a salary of £60,000 plus benefits package including private healthcare and 9% pension contributions.
In addition to the salary and the home working, this role offers a very good work-life balance, with short, regular working hours and lots of flexibility.
