Our client in the Property sector is seeking a P2P Workstream Lead to play a key role in transforming their finance processes. The initial focus will be to develop, enhance and improve the delivery of their AP function, before moving on to the ERP implementation project working with the wider finance leadership team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing P2P workstreams within wider finance transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and collaborating with project teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget
As the P2P Workstream Lead, you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for enhancing efficiency in the Accounts Payable function, supporting the implementation of a new finance system, and leading the optimisation of P2P processes. You will also oversee the implementation and testing of P2P systems and tools, ensuring they meet business requirements. Furthermore, your ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams will be crucial for successful delivery.
Operating a hybrid model of 4 days in the London office with 1 day at home, you will work closely with the AP Manager and wider Senior Finance Team imparting your career experience to analyse current processes with a view to highlighting key areas that can be developed. Strong experience of working within the AP function, being proactive to effect change and articulate the value to wider teams members will be huge beneficial in this role as you take the business on their journey.
The P2P Workstream lead will have a minimum of 2 years experience delivering transformation agendas with prior companies, benefitting from deep understanding of finance process, controls and risk.
