A great opportunity to join a health-focused retail business as Finance Manager. Based in London, this role will cover all areas of finance and support the CEO to deliver key financial information.

A great opportunity to join a health-focused retail business as Finance Manager. Based in London, this role will cover all areas of finance and support the CEO to deliver key financial information.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts with associated commentary
• Preparing statutory accounts and supporting annual audit
• Reviewing and approving all journal entries and reconciliations
• Providing detailed margin analysis
• Preparing detailed financial reports to support pricing decisions, promotional activity and new products
• Acting as Business Partner across the business to support decision making
• Leading annual budget process
• Overseeing all AP/AR activity
• Ad hoc tasks as required

The candidate:

• Technically strong accountant ideally practice trained (ACA, CA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Good all round accounting knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience ideally working in an sme business
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
• Advanced IT skills
