Finance Manager

~~Robert Walters - Finance Manager – Permanent – Hybrid – Worcestershire – £50,000 - £65,000 per annum~~ We’re looking for a Finance Manager who enjoys working on complex projects and making a real impact. In this role, you’ll take ownership of project accounting, provide clear and accurate financial insights, and work closely with stakeholders to keep projects on track. What you’ll be doing:

• Managing project accounting processes and ensuring everything runs smoothly and accurately.
• Preparing and delivering financial analysis that helps projects succeed.
• Working with project managers and senior stakeholders to keep budgets and forecasts on track.
• Leading and developing a small finance team, encouraging growth and improvement.

What we’re looking for:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
• Strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving.
• Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Advanced Excel skills.
