This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, people-focused environment and is passionate about developing a high-performing finance team across UK and offshore locations. You’ll lead day-to-day financial operations, deliver accurate and insightful reporting, support executive decision-making, and drive improvements across processes, systems, and controls.

Finance Manager – £75,000–£85,000

Location: London

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a respected, forward-thinking organisation in London. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, people-focused environment and is passionate about developing a high-performing finance team across UK and offshore locations. You’ll lead day-to-day financial operations, deliver accurate and insightful reporting, support executive decision-making, and drive improvements across processes, systems, and controls. What You’ll Do

  • Lead month-end reporting, forecasting and P&L analysis, ensuring accuracy across all entities.

  • Provide clear month-end commentary for senior leadership and collaborate with stakeholders across finance.

  • Oversee intercompany billing, balance sheet integrity, and timely financial reporting.

  • Own the budgeting and forecasting cycle; reconcile local vs group submissions.

  • Build and review financial models for vendors, pricing, and new business opportunities.

  • Manage annual regulatory ICARA processes and support quarterly regulatory reporting.

  • Partner with internal/external auditors to deliver smooth statutory audits.

  • Lead, mentor and develop your team through structured 1:1s, goal reviews and supportive leadership.

  • Enhance systems, processes and controls.


What You Bring

  • Strong team leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring and developing staff.

  • Excellent organisational ability, with confidence presenting to senior/executive stakeholders.

  • Solid financial management expertise, including reporting, forecasting and modelling.

  • Proven track record improving processes and strengthening system controls.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work calmly to tight deadlines.

  • Experience with Oracle or similar financial systems is advantageous.
