A prestigious international organisation is seeking a Finance Manager to join their Finance team based in South West London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small, collaborative finance team and make a significant impact across multiple entities.

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Oversee preparation of monthly management accounts for multiple entities with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to maintain healthy cash flow and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Support financial planning by assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements for five companies and coordinate year-end audit schedules.
  • Review VAT/GST returns and P11d calculations to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage NetSuite and Pleo systems, driving improvements and automating internal controls.
  • Lead testing/training for system upgrades and drive efficiency-focused projects.
  • Manage and develop a team of five finance professionals through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
  • Supervise daily operations of AP/AR processes and company credit card transactions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of management reports while maintaining compliance with accounting standards.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA/CIMA/) with strong technical knowledge of multi-entity finance operations.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in managing finance teams with proven ability to coach and mentor staff.
  • Experience preparing consolidated financial statements and detailed management accounts for complex organisations.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes (AP/AR management, credit card transactions).
  • Knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance regulations, and multi-currency reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams.
